Dear Shelly,

I simply wanted to follow up with you on the work Petersen's Electric did for me at my home recently.

First of all I would like to Thank you and Kevin for a job well done. For years I struggled with what I could or could not have running at The same time for fear of tripping breakers.

Kevin did such a great job in re-wiring my new panel no longer worry about having the oven on while drying my clothes or worse cooking Christmas dinner without my lights on because I was overloading the panel. What a relief.

With regard to Petersen's I must say that you were the most Professional company I have had the pleasure of dealing with nothing hidden and no surprises.

I did go to the market with this job (you and 3 others) and no one even came close to providing the level of service / professionalism that your company did.

You provided me with a written estimate/quote, Kevin was always on time and very friendly to deal with.

I can honestly say without prejudice that not one of the other Companies who sent someone to my home would be welcomed back. Furthermore, none seemed to be interested in doing the job to any code other than their own.

Both the city inspector and Enmax have come by to certify the work done and neither could find anything to complain about.

First of all, I just want to say I am very impressed with your company. I just randomly found your website when looking for an electrician and I was lured by the fact it said "same day service" and "family run business". The website was easy to use and the service request form was very straight-forward. The receptionist pleasantly surprised my by calling me back Sunday evening to book for Monday as I had to go away Monday morning for an appointment---this made things so much more convenient for me (however I would not expect this in the future). As for the electrician, Dan, he was very prompt and friendly and very efficient when he worked. I was surprised when he was done the priority items for service he said that I pay for the hour and there is still time left so if there is anything else I would like worked on that he would do that. When I talked to my friends and co-workers about the service they were as surprised to learn that he inquired about doing more work instead of just taking off. I would have no trouble referring your company to others. Also, Dan's work was not only efficient but he kept things clean and was very polite. He explained all that he found wrong and what he did to fix it. I feel much safer in my home knowing that I don't have to worry about electrical issues.

Prior to an LCD TV mounted on my wall, Petersen's Electrical installed a conduit in the drywall to hide the cables from the back of my TV down to the floor plug-in. My TV now looks like a large picture on the wall with no cords dangling down. Extremely professional and innovative work by installing a conduit tube behind the drywall so all the cords could be hidden from view. The work including cutting and repair of the wall was completed within 3 hours and at a reasonable cost for the functionality and satisfaction of the work completed. All I had to do was drywall and paint afterwards and my wall was like new; no bumps or warps from the hole.

The electrician was very good, did the job in timely manner, was polite, respectful of property, helpful in advice for whole apartment. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you for the follow up as I was meaning to send out a note.
Everything went well. Brian was great, phoned me the night before and asked if he could move up the appointment by 1/2 hr., and then arrived when he said he would. After a little detective work, he figured out what was causing the problem, explained it in layman terms and then fixed everything. Perfect, couldn't have asked for a better experience, will definitely recommend you folks to anyone who asks.

As always, we have received efficient, excellent, and very timely service from Petersen's Electrical Services Inc. The electrician fast and efficient, clearly and thoroughly explained the work he was going to perform and did not have any concerns with working around the contractor's crew who were working on the building's exterior renovations, which gave cause for the electrician to have to return to the complex second time, on a Saturday, in order to complete the electrical work.

Thank you Petersen's, especially the personable and charming Shelly, for all of your assistance and patience with our many e-mails and requests.
